My online store is still open! Some delays in shipping may be expected. Some international orders may not be able to be completed due to temporary restrictions through Canada Post. Where are you located? 
I am in Edmonton, Canada, on Treaty 6 territory. 
All prices shown are in Canadian dollars. 

Do I have to order online? Where else can I find your stuff?
A list of stores that currently carry my items can be found right  here . Most of these stores are located in Edmonton or elsewhere in Canada. 

Do you offer local pick-up?
I do not currently offer local pick-up. 

How do you package and ship your items?
I safely package all items by hand, using bubble mailers (for pins) and rigid cardboard mailers (for prints), and ship worldwide via Canada Post regular mail.

How long will it take for my order to come?
All orders are shipped within 7-10 days.
Once dispatched, orders will arrive in 3–10 business days for within Canada and 1–2 weeks for U.S.A. and international orders. Orders outside of Canada may require extra time due to customs delays and are not guaranteed timeframes.

Can I get a tracking number or upgrade to faster shipping?
To purchase faster shipment times or tracking please contact me before purchasing. 

My item hasn't come yet or arrived damaged. What can I do?
Please contact me if your item does not arrive after 30 days of purchase and I will look into the issue. Missing shipments are dealt with on a case by case basis. Sorry, but I do not provide tracking unless requested before ordering.
I do my best to package all orders safely, but unfortunately, sometimes damage during shipment can occur. If this is the case, please send me a photo of the damaged package as soon as possible and I will be happy to send a replacement. 

Do you sell wholesale?
Most items are available for wholesale to retailers. Get in touch through either the contact form on this site or e-mail me at hello@eringreenough.com  

Do you take custom requests?

Can I get one of your pieces tattooed?
Yes! All of my drawings can be used for reference for a tattoo for a small fee (except for work that was created for a private commission). This fee is a small contribution to support me and my future art. Please do not tattoo any of my work without prior written consent from me. All drawings and designs are protected under intellectual property copyright law. Please be considerate of me and my work and respect that I make part of my living from my drawings.

I saw something on your instagram that isn't on your shop. Where can I find it?
Most of my work on instagram is available for sale, unless it was a private commission for someone. Shoot me an e-mail or use the contact form on this site and let me know what you were looking for and I'll be glad to help you out.
